Distribution of Trust- Meaning of ‘Representatives’
A testator, who used the word “ representatives” in a trust established by his wills and codicils, intended the term to mean statutory distributes and thus to include the adopted daughter of his grandson as an individual entitled to proceeds from the trust, concludes the Supreme Judicial Court.
